Industry Day registration fees include the following:
·  A3 booklet containing A3s for all presentations.
·  Coffee breaks and lunch on Industry Day.
Conference registration fees include the following:
·  Proceedings Digital Copy on flash drive. Select Registration with hardcopy for printed Proceedings.
·  A3 booklet containing A3s for all presentations.
·  Welcome reception for registrant only on Tues July 30, 2013.
·  Coffee breaks and lunches on conference days.
·  Gala dinner for registrant only on August 1st, 2013. Additional dinners may be purchased: $100.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
Conference
At least one author on each paper must be registered for the conference in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. Thus, there are no cancellations permitted for single author papers. Multiple author papers are permitted cancellations for all but one of the listed authors. Refunds will be granted according to the following schedule:
·  Prior to the proceedings printer deadline of June 15, 2013: Full refund less $50 administrative fee
·  Between the proceedings printer deadline of June 15, 2013 and July 17, 2013: 50% refund
·  After July 17, 2013: No refunds issued
 
Industry Day
Refunds will be granted according to the following schedule:
·  Prior to July 1: Full refund less $50 administrative fee
·  Between July 2 to July 13: Full refund less $100
·  After July 13: No refunds issued
In conformity with Brazilian legislation, all registrations in events held in Brazil must be paid in Real. For further information on Brazilian currency, please access the Brazilian Central Bank website.

  • Dear conference attendees,

    The organizing committee of the 21st International Summit of the International Group for Lean Construction highlights how translation is occurring during the different moments of the event:

    · In Gemba Day, there will be a group division according to the participant’s language (Portuguese and English). When necessary, there will be sequential translation

    · In Industry Day, presentations will be in Portuguese or in English, with simultaneous translation (Portuguese – English – Portuguese)

    · In the Conference, presentations will only be in the English language, with simultaneous translation (English – Portuguese)

    · In the Summer School, there will be presentations in English with no simultaneous translation.
